Take the anonymous baseline survey: forms.gle/eH87sN3HHZS4AVPD7
It is quick, and it matters.
What it is
A short, anonymous baseline of how AI is actually being used across EdPlus right now — which tools you reach for, what you use them for, what is working, and where you are stuck. It is going to everyone, and every role is in scope.
Baseline is the important word. We are re-running the same survey at 3, 6, and 12 months, so most of the value is in the comparison: what changed, what didn’t, and whether the tools and training we put in front of you actually moved anything.
Why we’re asking
So you can hold us accountable to actually delivering the tools, training, and support you need. If we are getting it wrong, this is how we find out.
Right now we are guessing at the questions that matter most — which teams need training next and on what, which tools are earning their license, and where the same problem is quietly being solved five separate times. This is how we stop guessing.
What we do with it
- Build the training calendar against real gaps instead of assumptions.
- Shape the tool roadmap — renewals, new licenses, and access tiers follow actual use.
- Report honestly. Results go to leadership in aggregate, as a picture of how well AI has been rolled out.
It’s anonymous
Responses are not tied to your name, and this is not a performance review. We are measuring how well we have enabled you, not how well you are complying.
That also means “I haven’t really started” is a genuinely useful answer. If AI has not touched your work yet, we need to hear it as much as we need the success stories — it tells us where enablement has not reached.
